Eating and Fitness Blog - Day 5

I'm getting this blog in BEFORE I put my son do bed, so I don't have to do it at midnight...lol! I had a tough day being at the zoo around lunch-time, but I did the best I could do...popcorn. I also had a very healthy and yummy dinner, so it's all good. I must say that my energy level was pretty low...just waiting on my darn Shakeology!!! I can totally feel a difference in my energy when I'm having it for breakfast...any day!!! I'm psyched to start my new Mega-Hybrid next week, as well as weighing myself, taking my measurements, and taking a progress photo!!! TurboFire and ChaLEAN Extreme next week...it's been so long since I've done CLX that I'm slightly worried, but hopefully everything will be fine... :)

How do I become a coach?

Becoming a Coach

Q: How do I become a coach myself?

A: All you have to do is click on this link: https://teambeachbody.com/signup/-/signup/coach?referringRepId=48896

Q: How much does it cost to become a coach?

A: There is an initial $39.95 fee and then a monthly charge of $14.95 for your back office. The back office is a website that Beachbody provides for you that keeps track of your sales, team sales, customers, commissions, as well as some training, sales tools, and much more.

Q: How much time do I have to dedicate in order to be a coach?

A: The amount of time you spend is completely up to you! When I first began, I was spending around an hour a day learning the ins and outs of the business. Now, I spend anywhere from 1-3 hours a day.

Q: Is the Beachbody Coaching Opportunity a scam?

A: No, the Beachbody Coaching Opportunity is not a scam. When I first started coaching, I was very skeptical and thought it was a scam, but after doing much research and talking to other successful coaches, I discovered it was a legitimate opportunity.

Q: What are some of the benefits of becoming an Independent Beachbody Coach?

A:

* You have the opportunity to help others get into shape and live a healthier lifestyle.
* You receive 25% off all Beachbody products.
* You get your own personalized website/store.
* You are not responsible for shipping or inventory.
* You have unlimited income potential.
* You are a personal business owner.
* You have the opportunity to purchase the Showcase Package.

Q: What is the Showcase Package?

A: For just $199, you can purchase a collection of Beachbody workout programs that normally costs over $400! The programs included are Turbo Jam, Power 90, Slim in 6, Yoga Booty Ballet, Hip Hop Abs, and P90X. You will also receive a set of B-Lines Resistance Bands and a YBB Squishy Ball. (As a note of comparison: the retail price of P90X is $119.85 plus S&H, and for just $80 more, you can have 5 more programs!)

Q: Do I have to have a great transformation to be a coach?

A: No! You have to have a passion for helping others and the desire to succeed. The earlier you start, the better.

Q: What if I’m not very knowledgable about fitness?

A: You don’t have to be a fitness expert to be a coach. I wasn’t when I first started. I’ve done a lot of research over the past year to learn as much as I could about fitness. The best time to start is NOW!

Q: Will I get the proper training?

A: Beachbody has an excellent training program called the Game Plan, which you will need to understand when you sign up to coach. As your sponsor, I will be in constant contact with you and provide you with all the tools necessary to become successful in this business like I have.

Q: Is the Coaching Opportunity open to anyone outside the US?

A: Currently, the Coaching Business is not available to anyone outside the US. However, Beachbody is in the process of opening up the opportunity to other countries, such as Canada.

Eating and Fitness Blogging

Okay fitness peeps!

I really need to get my eating on track, and the only way that I can do that is by holding myself accountable!!! I will be writing down everything that I eat each day, and then writing my food intake as well as my exercise for the day every night before I go to bed. This is going to help me to see what I am really eating, and hopefully see where I am falling short. A fresh day, and a fresh start!!! :)

-Erin

P.S. Stay tuned for my first eating blog tonight!!! :)

ErinGettingFit Blog - Week Four, Day One

Okay fitness peeps...it's week four of TurboFire for me! I'm having a hard time with the start of this week because my legs were pretty sore over the weekend. Today I went a little out of order with Core 20 and Stretch 40. I just didn't feel that I could do all of the jumping and HIITs today...I need to take care of my aching 30-year-old muscles and bones.

Now I am taking Shakeology, P90X Recovery Formula, and Beachbody supplements. I am working hard on my eating this week, and pushing myself to get in those six workouts this week. I am also trying to do 10-12 contacts each day, as well as 2-6 exposures!!! :)

It has been tough, but I'm almost positive that by the end of the week I will have two new coaches and be at Emerald status. If I could continue working part-time at Starbucks (for the insurance), and be a Beachbody Coach full-time...I would be in heaven. I know that I have spent a lot of money on this fancy Master's degree, but I'm loving what I'm doing with Beachbody so much!!! It really is a great company, and I'm meeting the greatest people. So...seriously...I can help you be successful while doing something you love, so check it out!!!

ErinGettingFit Blog - Week Three, Day Five

July 16th

http://beachbodycoach.com/eringettingfit

Today's Workout:
TurboFire HIIT 15
TurboFire Tone 30
47 minutes

**************************************
I love, love, love this HIIT 15 workout!!! The moves aren't too complicated, and 15 minutes of fire drills is perfect for me. I had sore right knee when I woke up this morning, so I tried to land really lightly on my toes when jumping and it seemed to work! The Tone 30 was awesome as well...my first time doing it! Overall, my morning had been fabulous in every respect!!! :)

90 Days to Diamond status update...I think I have my first coach. She is ready to go, and I'm going to help you to reach her business goals because she is a super awesome person!!! I'm going to keep connecting with fitness buffs, and keep showing The Presentation. It works wonders!!! Until tomorrow...

Bring it!

July 15th

http://beachbodycoach.com/eringettingfit

Today's Workout:
TurboFire Fire 45 EZ
TurboFire Stretch 10
57minutes

**************************************
I'm really, really in love with the Fire 45 EZ workout...I think it's my favorite TurboFire workout. The music is the best, and I'm actually getting the moves down! I also love the fact that there are no "fire drills," but I sweat like crazy!!! Today's workout was a little crazy because the phone kept ringing...kept having to hit pause, but it still rocked!!!

Now it's time to take my son swimming, and then it's conference call time!!! I've gotta get to Diamond status is just 90 days...who wants to become a coach and grow with me? Until tomorrow...

Bring it!

ErinGettingFit Blog - Week Three, Day Two

July 13th

http://beachbodycoach.com/eringettingfit

Today's Workout:
TurboFire HIIT 25
TurboFire Stretch 10
40 minutes

**************************************
HIIT workouts are hard...really hard!!! I actually ran out of water before the last set of fire drills. I think after completing two weeks of TurboFire I am starting to get the moves down. I still mess them up, but the amount of sweating that I'm doing in each workout really shows that I'm burning mad calories.

I am back on track with my eating, and working hard on my Beachbody business. 90 Days to Diamond starts on Thursday, and I'm so excited!!! I really need help from my peeps...if you wanna sign up for coaching or know someone who does, send me a message. (erineffenheim@gmail.com) I have a few extra workout programs laying around, and I'm sending them to new coaches if they sign up under me (Power 90, Slim in 6, Hip Hop Abs, and Turbo Jam)...let me know!!! Until tomorrow...

Bring it!

ErinGettingFit Blog - Day Seven

July 2 - Day Seven

http://beachbodycoach.com/eringettingfit

Today's Workout:
TurboFire Fire 30
TurboFire Stretch 10
40 minutes

**************************************
Today I was uber-excited to do my TurboFire. I also felt confident knowing that today's workout was the same workout we did in Fit Club on Wednesday. It was a lot easier to do the moves correctly the second time, and I'm really loving Fire 30. It is no easy workout, and I sweated as much in 30 minutes of this workout as I did in the 55 minute workout or an hour of P90X.

I did weigh myself this morning, and I am slightly sad to post my weight (175.4 pounds...up 0.2 pounds). I do realize that my clothes are fitting looser already and I'm gaining muscle, but it's still frustrating not to see results on the scale. I am going to Summer Fest tonight, and will probably grill out on Sunday...so...starting next week I am going to count my calories and replace one meal with Shakeology. The goal is just to get fit and loose inches. I need to stop stressing about the stupid scale!!! Until tomorrow...

Today's Workout:
TurboFire 55 EZ
55 minutes

**************************************
I put today's workout into the DVD player thinking, "EZ Workout...should be a breeze!" Oh man...was I wrong! I was sweating bullets like every other Turbo workout, and loving every minute of it!!! I am actually looking forward to getting up early on my day off tomorrow to do some more TurboFire. Loving working out, loving coaching, loving life!!! Until tomorrow...

June 30th - Day Five

http://beachbodycoach.com/eringettingfit

Today's Workout:
TurboFire Fire 30 and Stretch 10
45 minutes

**************************************
Today I went to the Wisconsin Fit Club in Janesville to work out with my other Beachbody friends. It is a free workout every Wednesday from 6-7:30pm. If you want more information on the fit club...just ask! Everyone there loved TurboFire...including me! I have always been a huge fan of Chalene Johnson and Turbo Jam, so TurboFire was an easy transition. It really does work you hard, but is super fun at the same time. I know that I'm technically posting this blog on July 1st, but it is from yesterday's workout...sorry peeps! Until tomorrow (well, technically later today)...

Bring it!
