I must say that I really don't like Core Synergistics too much. I think it is the push-up aspect that I am not too good at because I am just not good at push-ups! Does anyone have any good tips to get a stronger upper body, so I can do the push-ups easier? The rest of the work-out wasn't too bad...it's just those darn push-ups...lol! Until tomorrow...

I just want to say that I got TurboFire this afternoon, and already tried it out! The HIIT 15/Stretch 10 is intense!!! I was really sweating in just five minutes of the HIIT workout. If you wanna see real results and have fun while doing it...TurboFire is right for you!!! :)

P90X - Shoulders and Arms
P90X - Ab Ripper X

Week three of P90X, and I am back to that ass-kicking shoulder, arms, and abs workout. In my first week of P90X this workout made my whole body feel like I was going to die...I actually had to take two days off of P90X after doing this workout for the first time. Last week I replaced shoulders and arms with a Turbo Jam workout because I was super freaked out by how it made me feel. Today...no problem! I was really proud that I was able to use ten pound weights for most of the exercises. Ab Ripper was brutal though, and I had to take quite a few breaks during that fifteen minute workout. I am still extremely proud with how far I've come! I am now waiting (not so) patiently for TurboFire to get here!!! Until tomorrow...

Another workout...another good feeling...five days in a row!!! This is the best I have done working out in a long time. I am taking the 27th off, but on Monday I am going to workout six days in a row...with the hope of taking Sundays off each week. Again, next week I am going to do three days of P90X and three days of TurboFire. I am also going to the Wisconsin Fit Club in Janesville on Wednesday night for a free workout. Email me for more info! Until tomorrow...

I'm feeling good today peeps! I mixed up my three days in a row of P90X with some Turbo Jam, and it felt good!!! Next week I should be getting my Turbo Fire, so I will be doing a hybrid workout that I developed combining P90X and Turbo Fire. This blog will be keeping track of my weight loss every Friday, as well as recording my workout for each day. Hopefully it will help me to see what's working for me, and what's not.
