Tuesday, July 27th 2010 - Day 2
Day 2 of my healthy eating journey, and I actually calculated the amount of calories that I should be consuming. To loose one pound per week I need to be bringing in 2250 calories a day!!! This seems extreme to me...I was thinking 1500! After finding this out...I did eat more!!! LOL
Here are the daily numbers...
The Food:
Breakfast:
Vanilla Almond Granola - 120 calories
Honey Greek Yogurt - 90 calories
Coffee with 2 tbls. Vanilla Creamer - 60 calories
Morning Snack:
P90X Recovery Drink - 220 calories
Lunch:
Grilled Chicken Salad - 200 calories
Sweet Onion Dressing - 80 calories
Ritz Crackerfuls - 130 calories
Afternoon Snack:
Almonds - 150 calories
Dinner:
Healthy Choice BBQ Chicken Meal - 310 calories
Tall Non-fat Caramel Macchiato - 140 calories
Marshmallow Dream Bar - 210 calories
Total Calorie Intake - 1710 calories
