I'm feeling good today peeps! I mixed up my three days in a row of P90X with some Turbo Jam, and it felt good!!! Next week I should be getting my Turbo Fire, so I will be doing a hybrid workout that I developed combining P90X and Turbo Fire. This blog will be keeping track of my weight loss every Friday, as well as recording my workout for each day. Hopefully it will help me to see what's working for me, and what's not. Until tomorrow...
